Who Should do Credit Checks?

Answer: Every business that gives Credit.

One credit check could save you thousands of dollars. Once you start doing credit checks on people you will be surprised how much you did not know about them.

Everyone has a credit history be it good or bad and this is what you are likely to get in the report.

Note: When making an enquiry you should supply as much
         information as is known to identify the person e.g.

• Given names

• last known address

In compliance with the Privacy Act you must also make the individual aware that you will be making the enquiry and they have the right to see the information

Default Loading

You may also load a defaulting Debtor on to Baycorp's Business Data. This may make it harder for them to get credit in the future.
