THE ABOVE NAMED Referred to as THE PRINCIPAL hereby appoints Ron and Margaret Bishop trading as Debtor Communications (the Agent ) having it's trading place of business at The Payment Centre 56 Tyne Street Timaru to act as Debt Collection Agents in providing services in accordance with their current services.

Account Management:	Where payments are received by instalments they are to be paid into the bank account of:

The Principal to complete the bank details below if funds from automatic bank authorities are to paid into their own account and managed by them.

Terms of this Agreement

The Principal will supply the Agent with electronic, written or verbal instructions for the collection of debts.
The Agent will attempt to collect the debt and charge the Principal direct for its services.
The Principal will notify The Agent of all payments or communication the principal receives from the debtors concerned.
The Agent will carry out instructions from the Principal who will in turn indemnify the Agent against any legal action that may arise as a result of such instructions.
This agreement shall continue in force until cancelled in writing by either party.
Such cancellation shall be without prejudice to the rights of either party against the other including any fees, which have been incurred up to the date of cancellation.

All fees are subject to change at any time without notice.

Note: This agency agreement need only be completed once by
new clients.
