includes any adverse information from Debtor Communications
data base as well as other suppliers of credit information.
Some information in the report is provided by Baycorp
Business Data and such information includes a written report.
Debtor Communications supplies this information to its
clients in good faith and is not responsible for the accuracy of
the report.

Those requesting a report must be familiar with the
requirements of the Privacy Act
and Debtor Communications in supplying the report will not be
held responsible for any breaches of the act made by its
clients.

Legal & Court Fees
(District Court Rules 1992)
The following are the fees set by the Department of Courts
for New Zealand. Costs are added to the claim and recoverable
from the defendant if awarded by the court. All fees paid to the
District Court by Debtor Communications are subject to GST
Below are the costs at the different stages of the legal
process.
A cheque for $140.00 made payable to Department for Courts
must accompany all applications to commence legal proceedings.
