Terms:
- Collection fees will be added to the debt and may be recovered
from the Debtor provided the Creditor has met the requirements
of the Fair Trading Act. E.g. Advised the Debtor at the time
credit was given that collection costs and or late payment
fees may be added to the debt if not paid on the due date( Forms
available as above )
- Provided these requirements are met Debtor Communications will
assist in recovering these costs but will not be held responsible
for the collection of them.
- Debtor Communications makes available to its clients the necessary documentation for fee recovery and other legal requirements pertaining
to giving credit and will follow up on defaulting debtors at
no extra cost up until the time the initial collection costs
are recovered, after which a default of arrangement fee will
apply.
- Debtor Communications will invoice the client immediately after
some action to pay has been taken by the Debtor regardless if
the debt has been paid in part or in full and the client must
advise us if the Debtor defaults.
- All fees are subject to G.S.T.
- All fees are subject to change at any time without notice
